A bird flew in my window last night, actually the bird flew in the neighbors window and he gave it to me. It was love at first sight, this very small bird about 2" (50mm) high with all the colours of the rainbow. I had never seen one before, but after a little research I discovered it was a Gouldian finch, a soon to be extinct species due to mining, farming and feral animals. They say that there are only about two and a half thousand left in the wild, and their survival will be in cages, they are rarer than the tiger. I learnt that they like the heat and dry air and a clean environment. My guy is called tweeter, I had to get him a girlfriend and she's called tweeteress, I like him so much I made him our logo.
