Bob Henderson is a well known Sydney trumpet player who has been on the jazz scene for years. Bob plays traditional to mainstream styles, and can be heard every Saturday with his quartet playing at the Norfolk Hotel in Sydney. Bob played jazz, rock and country music with leading bands in the club and cabaret scene as well as working with television and recording bands. Bob also studied classical trumpet for years. Graeme Bell had Bob in his all star band for years performing through out Australia and over seas. Bob's current band consists of Dieter Vogt on bass, Laurie Bennett on drums and Kenny Crawford on piano. Bob can arrange a band for any occasion from a quartet to a traditional seven piece Dixieland band. Bob also has a C.D. out with his fine quartet.
